I placed order 4th of January and said it was in stock.. I called after a week and was told it was shipping out shortly because there were refurbishing and cleaning the stock.. after another week I called back inquiring where my product was and was told it was going to packing. After 5 days it was shipped and would be deliver in two days. Package finally showed up yesterday. Great product, very good condition and fully functional, but I give them 3 starts because the products should be ready for shipping and assembled faster.
