Returns and Refunds Policy

Standard Return Policy: Customers may return new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be new or unused with original packaging and all instructional materials included in the shipment. Customers are responsible for all lost and damaged items in return shipping so please insure. All returns must be received at our location within 30 days of delivery.

After 14 days of delivery, a partial refund may be issued.

Returned merchandise that is either opened and/or used may be issued a partial refund. Items sell as "not new" or "used" are not elegible for refund.

If the return is a result of a manufacturers defect, RKS USA will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges, if returned within the 14 day period. After the 14 day period has expired, the manufacturer’s warranty will be in effect. When RKS USA receives your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

Returning Merchandise: Please contact our office, via e-mail at raquel@rksusa.net, or via phone at 305-857-7202 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Enclose a copy of the original packing sheet with the RMA number in the return and send it back to:

Refunds Policy:

Refunds to customer can be expected within two weeks of the receipt of your returned merchandise. It will be in store credit for in stock items and cash for non stock ordered items. Cancelation of orders will be charged with a fee of 15% unless other agreement is reached with RKS USA LLC.

We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our facility. We refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or defective product. If the return is not a result of our error and you initiate a return of an unopened item within 14 days of delivery, we refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and the return shipping fees. If you return an item that has been opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus both original shipping charge and return shipping fees. Products may decrease in value over time. Therefore we reduce funds for returns you initiate more than 14 days after delivery or received at our returns processing facility after 30 days. Returns after 30 days may be refused.

You can expect your refund within two weeks after we are in receipt of your return. In many cases you may receive a refund sooner, but we estimate two weeks from receipt due to the time required for inspection and processing from your bank or credit card company. We will notify you via e-mail with the details of your refund. Refunds are issued in the same form of payment originally used for the order.
